On October 22, 2022, the the Belt and Road Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center (Shenzhen) (hereinafter referred to as the "the Belt and Road Center") and Shenzhen Institute of Capital Market successfully held the "2022 Financial Backbone Talent Training Plan Series Seminar". The course content focuses on the theme of "Science and Technology Innovation Finance", aiming to promote the comprehensive and accurate implementation of national economic and financial policies in Shenzhen's financial system, encourage financial enterprises to fully absorb and learn from the relevant advanced experience of benchmark enterprises in various industries around the world, and help middle-level managers of financial enterprises accurately grasp the key directions and fields of economic and social development. More than 80 key personnel from banks, securities, investment institutions and other financial sectors in Shenzhen participated in this training. Zhang Shaohui, Vice President of Capital Markets College, attended the training, and Yu Zhiwen, Director of the the Belt and Road Center, attended the training and delivered a speech.

The training was divided into two parts: exhibition hall visit and keynote speech. Three experts, including Xu Tongbiao, chief economist of Shenzhen Energy Group, Yi Lisa, chief commercial engineer of the the Belt and Road Center, and Shi Yichen, chief consultant of Zhongcai Lvzhi, were invited to give keynote lectures on hot topics in the industry, such as "development and application of new energy", "international cooperation in industrial services and green technologies", and "ESG and green finance". The atmosphere was warm.
