Recently, at the industry technology exchange conference organized by the Shenzhen Hong Kong Ecological Environment Green Development Alliance, the new green and low-carbon solution for the entire life cycle of the display industry released by Weixinnuo Technology Co., Ltd. has attracted widespread attention. This plan achieves low-carbon transformation of the entire display manufacturing process through measures such as material innovation, process upgrading, and industrial chain collaboration, providing practical reference for the green upgrading of the electronic information industry in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
In response to the challenges of PFAS (permanent chemical) pollution and waste liquid treatment in traditional display manufacturing, Vishino has completed more than 20 PFAS Free material substitution research and development projects, achieving a full range of PFAS free applications in screen manufacturing and module folding processes; The TMAH liquid recovery and reuse system developed in collaboration with upstream manufacturers has been successfully introduced into mass production and has obtained more than 10 patents, significantly reducing the amount of hazardous waste generated. At the same time, by establishing a packaging material recycling mechanism and Photo Mask quartz substrate recycling technology, a "resource product renewable resource" industrial chain circulation system is constructed.
The relevant person in charge of the alliance stated that the new display industry is a pillar industry of Shenzhen Hong Kong advantages. The alliance will build a technology exchange platform, promote the green innovation experience of enterprises such as Weixinnuo, and promote the collaborative development and application of low-carbon technologies among upstream and downstream enterprises in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, helping to build a globally leading green display industry cluster.
